Joined on loan from Stevenage last season and signed on a permanent basis at the start of this season. Mackye signed his first pro contract with Stevenage in October 2020. He made his professional debut in the Stevenage’s 3–2 EFL Trophy defeat against MK Dons in October 2020. Has previously been on loan at St Albans City.
